Strong Training & Coaching is taking action to support diversity and inclusion by launching our third quarter STC Scholarship to provide BIPOC talent with an opportunity to invest in their professional development.
We are here to bridge the gap to increase the number of BIPOC executives and address racial gaps by supporting their career journey.
This scholarship will include complimentary access to our Manager Essentials on-demand development program and 1-hour executive coaching session awarded to each of the 5 recipients.
Scholarship Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience managing others
- Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern
- Applicants must reside in the United States
